registration includes 4 weekly, 75-minute classes focused on breaking down and building the key fundamentals necessary to build a strong and safe back handspring. athletes will develop strong technique and progress safely through thoughtfully designed drills centered on mastering the muscle and understanding required to build a back handspring that looks as good as it feels!
athletes with an independent back handspring are also welcome and encouraged to enroll to clean up technique to improve connecting tumbling skills.
