75-minute classes focused on breaking down and building the key fundamentals necessary to build a strong and safe back walkover. athletes will develop strong technique and progress safely through thoughtfully designed drills centered on mastering the muscle and understanding required to build a back walkover that looks as good as it feels!
Athletes with an independent back walkover are also welcome and encouraged to enroll clean up technique to improve efficiency and safety.
