75-minute classes focused on breaking down and building the key fundamentals necessary to build a strong and safe back tuck. athletes will develop strong technique and progress safely through thoughtfully designed drills centered on mastering the muscle and understanding required to build a back tuck that looks as good as it feels!
Athletes with an independent back tuck are also welcome and encouraged to enroll clean up technique to build necessary fundamentals to begin layouts.
